Which couriers can I ship with?
Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, Ecom Express and Ekart — all from one dashboard, with more being added.
How does the rate calculator work?
Enter pickup and delivery pincodes with package details. EZSHIP compares live rate cards across couriers and scores them on cost, speed and delivery success.
Do you support COD shipments?
Yes. COD remittances and fees are tracked per courier, and COD vs prepaid performance is visible in analytics.
What is NDR and how does EZSHIP help?
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) is raised when a delivery attempt fails. EZSHIP lets you call or WhatsApp the customer, reschedule, update the address or convert to RTO — before the shipment is lost.
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Yes — Shopify is live today: paste your store's Admin API token and orders sync in. WooCommerce and Magento connections are coming soon, and a custom API is planned for other stacks.
